Artwork at Aaina 2014

It was a privilege to share my artwork during Tasveer's Aaina 2014 South Asian Festival at the Seattle Asian Art Museum from 25-27 April 2014. 

I shared fused glass pieces as well as a series of paintings that were interpretations of a few of my paintings. 

Posting these here with a link (in the title) to the accompanying poems that inspired them. I hope you will post your thoughts and share your experience of what the poems or artwork invoke for you in the comments.
