Cantankerous
Clamoring
These voices in my head

Incessant, persistent
Consistent, insistent
The cacophony of their tumultuous taunting

Visions floating
Perhaps some gloating
About all that’s been done and said

Exhaustion mounting
Anxiety haunting
Will this ever end

Hmmmmm
A deep exhale

Ommmmm
Resets the scale

Tuning the inherent Taanpura
Aligning with my own inner ‘Sa’
Melodies arising
Stillness inspiring
Spaciousness unfolding
Resonance abiding

Is this the immunity
I need from the
Cantankerous
Clamoring
Voices just ahead?!
